A. Mechanical Equipment Inspector
1. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgical / Naval Engineering;
2. Minimum hold 2 (two) of the following certifications:
a. Certificates of Welding Inspector Level 2 from reputable institution such as CSWIP or CWI AWS or equivalent;
b. Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger Inspection Certificate issued by MIGAS or API-510 or equivalent;
c. Piping Inspection Certificate issued by MIGAS or API 570 or equivalent;
d. Valve Inspection Certificate issued by reputable institution;
3. Holding NDT level II UT, RT, MT, PT valid certificates from reputable Institution such as CSWIP, PCN, ASNT or National Certification Institution or equivalent;
4. Good knowledge and familiar with related international standards/codes such as ASME, API, BS, ANSI and TEMA. Etc.;
5. Good knowledge of corrosion and welding such as corrosion related damage mechanisms, base metals, filler metals, heat treatment, welding metallurgy and welding repairs;
6. Able to read P&ID and Isometric Drawing;
7. Preferable to be familiar with risk-based inspection (RBI) assessment to determine risk, including a systematic evaluation of both the probability and consequence of failure;
8. Having good knowledge and experience in identification and testing requirement, of material/parts and equipment at cryogenic temperature;
9. Should be familiar with various types of materials used and have good knowledge of Hydro and Pneumatic testing;
B. Mechanical Rotating (Gas Turbines, Pumps and Compressors) GE Equipment Inspector
1. Minimum 7 years experiences with GE Rotating Equipment;
2. Good knowledge and familiar with related international code/standard such as ANSI, ASME, API, BS, IEC, EEMUA;
3. Prefer holding certificate of Welding Inspector from reputable institution such as CSWIP or CWI AWS or equivalent;
4. Prefer holding NDT level II UT, RT, MT, PT valid certificates from reputable Institution such as CSWIP, PCN, ASNT or National Certification Institution or equivalent;
5. Good knowledge for performance assessment such as vibration analysis, Noise measurements and Heat controller;
6. Able to interpret rotating equipment test performance curve;
7. Able to recognize key factors, which affect the reliability and availability of Rotating Equipment and recognize symptoms of Rotating Equipment distress and identify corrective actions.
C. Joint Integrity Inspector
1. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgical/Naval Engineering;
2. Minimum 5 Years experiences in Piping and Valve Inspection;
3. Minimum 3 years experiences in Flange Management;
4. Prefer holding certificate of Welding Inspector from reputable institution such as CSWIP or CWI AWS or equivalent;
5. Prefer Holding NDT level II UT, RT, MT, PT valid certificates from reputable Institution such as CSWIP, PCN, ASNT or National Certification Institution or equivalent;
6. Must be able to read P&ID and Isometric drawing;
7. Good knowledge and familiar with related international standards/codes such as ASME, API, BS, ANSI and TEMA. Etc.
D. Quality Engineer of Electrical and Instrument
1. Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical/Physics Engineering;
2. Hold ATEX certification or equal.
E. Lifting Equipment Inspector
1. Holding NDT level II UT and MT and PT valid certificates from reputable Institution such as CSWIP, PCN, ASNT or National Certification Institution or equivalent;
2. Proven Possess crane inspection certificate issued by MIGAS;
3. Holding a valid certificate of LEEA Diploma Lifting Gears General, and LEEA Diploma Lifting Machine Manual, and LEEA Diploma Lifting Machine Power, and Diploma Runaways and Light Cranes Structures;
4. Holding a valid certificate of Offshore Container Inspection from reputable institution such as ECITB, LEEA, OPITO, NSL, SPARROW and NATA;
5. Minimum 5 years’ experiences with inspection or 3 years in operation of fixed lifting equipment such as overhead cranes, pedestal cranes, runway / monorail beams, hoists, trolley beams, suspension pad eyes, certified steel work, davits, man riding winches, utility winches and portable lifting equipment such as: CCU, chain blocks, wire pulling, jacking, shackles, manual lever hoist, beam clamp etc.;
6. Proven experience with inspection and certification of CCU for dangerous goods such as: Liquid Nitrogen Tank, Avtur Tank, etc.;
7. Proven experience in developing inspection and maintenance strategy of mobile cranes, tower cranes, pedestal cranes, overhead cranes, man lift and forklifts;
8. Good Knowledge and familiar with British Standard for Lifting Equipment/Lifting Gears Inspection;
9. Pass written competency assessment as a Lifting Inspector conducted by COMPANY.
F. Loose Lifting Equipment/Lifting Gears Inspector
1. Holding a valid certificate of LEEA Diploma Lifting Gears General and LEEA Diploma Lifting Machine Manual;
2. Holding a valid certificate of Offshore Container Inspection from reputable institution such as ECITB, LEEA, OPITO, NSL, SPARROW and NATA;
3. Holding NDT level II UT and MT and PT valid certificates from reputable Institution such as CSWIP, PCN, ASNT or National Certification Institution or equivalent;
4. Minimum 5 years experiences Lifting Gears Inspection such as Wire Rope Sling, Webbing Sling, Shackles, Horizontal/Vertical Clamp, Spreader beam, chain hoist, lever hoist, etc.;
5. Minimum 3 years’ experience with inspection of Offshore/Onshore Container such as containers, lifting baskets, mud boxes, tanks and waste skips;
6. Good Knowledge and familiar with British Standard for Lifting Equipment/Lifting Gears Inspection.
G. Rigging Loft Controller
1. Holding a valid certificate of LEEA Diploma Lifting Gears General;
2. Holding a valid certificate of Offshore Container Inspection from reputable institution such as ECITB, LEEA, OPITO, NSL, SPARROW and NATA;
3. Holding NDT level II UT and MT and PT valid certificates from reputable Institution such as CSWIP, PCN, ASNT or National Certification Institution or equivalent;
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience Lifting Gears Inspection such as Wire Rope Sling, Webbing Sling, Shackles, Horizontal/Vertical Clamp, Spreader beam, chain hoist, lever hoist, etc.;
5. Minimum 3 years’ experience with inspection of Offshore/Onshore Container such as containers, lifting baskets, mud boxes, tanks and waste skips;
6. Good Knowledge and familiar with British Standard for Lifting Equipment/Lifting Gears Inspection.
H. Quality Engineer
1. Bachelor degree in Technical / Engineering discipline from reputable university from Indonesia or overseas;
2. Minimum 15 years of working experience in Oil & Gas industry;
3. Minimum 10 years hands on roles on Equipment & Tools as Senior Quality Engineer or Discipline Engineer;
4. Shall have experience in identification and testing requirement, characterization of devices at cryogenic temperature of material/part and equipment;
5. Excellent working knowledge of national and international legislation, standards and best practices related with inspected Equipment & Tools so he/ she will easily be able to refer to internationally recognized industrial standards for any recommendation or conclusion related with his/her discipline (i.e. SAE, ISO standard, Japan Automotive standard, ASME, API, AWS, ANSI, BS, NACE, SSPC, EEMUA, LOLER 1998 and Code of Practice LEEA, IEEE, NFPA, ISA, IEC, ATEX and etc.);
6. Very good ability to analyze Equipment & Tools potential hazards and safety inputs to ensure safe and reliable operation;
7. Proven skills to identify defects and deficiencies, able to prepare gap analysis and developing corrective actions;
8. Very good English communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills;
9. Interviewed and approved by authorized COMPANY’s Quality Management representative.
I. Project Secretary
1. Bachelor Degree preferably in Business Administration;
2. Single maximum 28 years old is preferable;
3. High level skills in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
4. Prior experience in supporting senior management;
5. Good organization and communication skills;
6. Good command of the English language;
7. Good level of confidentiality where required;
