As the HRGA Team Leader on the project is responsible for all HR & GA activities, including personnel, industrial relations, recruitment, training & development, community social responsibility, and general affairs to support the smooth operation of the company in the project.


• Coordinating HRGA operational activities on the project, including attendance issues, BPJS TK, BPJS medical insurance, employee medical claims, periodic leave arrangements, layoff processes, mediation of employee processes, etc.
• Monitor and coordinate the process of recruiting and selecting non-staff candidates to meet manpower needs based on BOD-approved budgets, including carrying out administrative tasks related to recruitment and selection.
• Coordinate HR administrative tasks related to employee requests, additional manpower budget, employee acting / promotion submissions, Point of Hire changes (POH), employee transfers, etc.
• Coordinating industrial relations tasks, including establishing good relations with Muspika, Disnakertrans, trade unions, government institutions, adat leaders, and others.
• Coordinating community social tasks according to the company's interests for the development of socio-economic conditions of local communities.
• Coordinating the use of Light Vehicles (LV) and managing physical facilities on the project, including management of mess / office / canteen / sports facilities / clean water facilities and so forth.
• Coordinate and arrange flight ticket reservations and other transportation facilities for project employees who will leave R & R or return from R & R leave and other employees who are on duty at the project.


• Bachelor Degree in (Law, Psychology, HR Management) from a leading university.
• A minimum of 10 years total experience as an HR Generalist with 2 years as an HRGA Superintendent / Section Head, preferably from the mining industry.
• Has a good understanding goverment labour law.
• Strong leadership skill and presentation skill.
• WIlling to work at site (Kalimantan TImur) with Periodic Leave Roster.
