Responsibilities:
- Plan daily schedule and coordinate the implementation of maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment, clean water installation and telecommunication networkPlan daily schedule and coordinate the implementation of maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment, clean water installation and telecommunication network
- Conduct the maintenance of building, function room and its facility, coordinate and monitor contractor/management works in handling maintenance activity
- Receive damage information from user regarding building facilities, and follow up the maintenance/reparation needed
- Plan and evaluate the implementation of manpower development, identify and recommend subordinate development (skill and working attitude) in his/her unit according to the competency needed
- SMK/DIII Major: Teknik Elektro/Teknik Listrik
- Fresh graduate, but preferable 1-year minimum experience
- Business English, Ms. Office
