Sr. Analyst Training Services

Requirements :
1. Minimum graduates from Vocational High School / Diploma 3.
2. Have experiences in training center / learning and development department.
3. Capabilities to deliver training for internal and external customer.
Role and responsibilities :
1. Determine, plan, and monitor the utilization of training and development budget.
2. Execute and monitor program implementation as per plan and requirement.
3. Design training curriculum, method and evaluation, prepare training, schedule and resource allocation, propose training proposal and budget.
4. Monitor program implementation, evaluate the implementation, recommend any improvement needed for better program implementation.
5. Administer all data related to training activity, compile and measure the record of satisfaction and learning evaluation, behavior change (validate certification) and return of training investment.
6. Plan, arrange and monitor the development activities such training recording, participant database and operational cost, record and report all activities.
