Job Description
Balikpapan Representative Officer
Hiring Base: Balikpapan (Full Time Employment / Permanent)

Role Purpose:
Manage operations of Mubadala Petroleum Indonesia’s representative office in Balikpapan to support company’s goals. Provide support to relevant functions to build and maintain relationship with local stakeholders in relevant locations with Ruby operations, covering South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, and West Sulawesi provinces, through planning and conducting activities for collaborating purpose with local parties and/or communities to ensure optimum company’s operations. Coordinate and/or facilitate relevant PR/CSR events, correspondences, and other activities related to local stakeholders. 

Responsibilities include but not limited:

To administer the operations of Mubadala Petroleum Indonesia’s representative office in Balikpapan as per the company’s standard. This includes, but not limited to, cleanliness, office bill payments, supporting aspects for office operations, maintenance, transportation, handling goods/documents, handling visitors, and security.
To assist other departments/functions of MP Indonesia organization on non-technical matters in respective areas.
Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders in relevant areas of East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, and West Sulawesi provinces in order to gain their trust and acceptance for optimizing company’s operations. Relationship covers some issues, such as CSR, permits, public relations, etc.
To do engagement/socialization/consultancy with stakeholders, including SKK Migas Kalimantan & Sulawesi, local governments, local police, and local Navy as required, for activities align with company’s and stakeholder’s needs.
Propose activities plan to Business Support Manager for approval and budgeting in line with the company’s objectives.  
Shall comply with all Company HSSE Policy, Standards, and Procedures.

Job Requirements
Qualifications include but not limited:

Bachelor degree (S1) in relevant discipline.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in office management (covering goods/documents handling, office facilities, land transportation, etc.) as well as external relations in industry in Indonesia (government, community, and other stakeholders).
Proactive and self-driven.
Good analytical thinking.
Good communications skills, oral and written in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good adaptability in dynamic challenges
Hospitality knowledge, skills and abilities
