CRANE & RIGGING TRAINING SPECIALIST
(Assignment: Site Based)
Develop, conduct and assess all Crane & Rigging Training Program in order to ensure all Operator Crane & Rigger’s competent (skills and knowledge), continues improving operations technique and best practices standard, comply with company’s policies, government regulation, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:
• Minimal 5 year have experinces as a trainer in Crane & Rigging Field implementation at high risk industry in Mining or Oil and Gas Company
• Min. Senior Technical High School graduate (preferable from Diploma graduate in Engineering)
• Good Computer literate
• Hold SIO Class 1 (certified by government)
• Good knowledge about the mining process
• Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
• Good communication in English both verbal and writing
• Willing to travel to all company’s sites
• Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, review and implement Crane & Rigging Training and Assessment Procedures, and ensure its implementations in accordance with Petrosea’s training procedures at all project sites
• Conduct, review training need analyse (TNA), developing and improving present Crane & Rigging of the training matrix
• Analyze the present Crane and Rigging operating system and improving it
• Review and Develop Crane & Rigging training modules and assessments, in order to maintain the quality always meet the requirements for all Project sites
• Proactive with HSE and Operations team in investigating issues related with incident that caused by equipment miss operating
• Coordinate and liaise with Training Superintendent and Supervisor in order to arrange training on site
• Develop and review weekly/ monthly training report and plan then submit it to the Training Superintendent/ Supervisor
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

DRILL & BLAST MANAGER
(Assignment: Head Office)
Direct and lead drill & blast operation activities to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occurs accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with Company’s Policy.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate
• Minimum 10 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting
• Min of 5 years supervisory experience in mining production and drill and blast engineering
• Hold POP Competency
• Must have a strong understanding of open cut mining equipment and mining techniques
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal
• Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software
• Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling
• Rotation to each site conducting drilling & blasting
• Work hard and willingness to stay at job site

Responsibilities:
• Direct and control management and supervision of Drill and Blast contractor crew, including managing performance and behaviour in the workplace with a strong focus on safety improvement and quality assurance
• Ensure that suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations are implemented
• Assist in developing improvements to the drilling and blasting methods
• Developing drill & blast designs & schedules
• Improving operational effectiveness of the drill & blast department
• Monitoring, recording and reporting drill & blast results
• Responsible for driving production forwards and interfacing between production, planning and operations
• Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner
• Coordinate blast activities; lead, train and mentor blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed
• Monitor drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel

GM PLANNING & TECHNICAL SERVICES
(Assignment: Head Office)
Plan, develop, implement and improve mining quality system, procedures and resources in order to support mining projects in term of technical services expertise for optimizing company’s mining operation.

Requirements:
• Expat or high calibre Indonesian with exposure to International Standard Operations
• Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in mining engineering with international standard
• Mine engineering experience min. 10 years in Senior Mine Technical role, site based background preferred
• Prepare to travel to remote locations
• Business development, Business Analysis, Estimating, Risk Management, Commercial Contract Management, Mine Planning (Production Schedule & Mine sequence), Fleet Management System, Mining Continuous Improvement
• Strong capability/ exposure to mine planning software
• Excellent communication in English
• Bahasa Indonesia skills is an advantage must be willing to learn Bahasa

Responsibilities:
• Control, monitor, and liaise with Project Managers to foster efficient mining operation through competent Technical Services skills and discipline
• Control, monitor, and liaise with project manager to communicate ideas, systems, designs, procedures and standards in mining operation to ensure the adherence of those new policies.
• Coach and mentor of technical support staff and key national staff in order to assist them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts.
• Monitor, support, and liaise with HR department to facilitate the graduate development program in order to participate in developing new talents
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the program conform to official standard and requirements.
• Liaise with functional or operational area managers (for example in production, supply and logistic, maintenance, engineering, purchasing, or human resources) to integrate their activities into productions plans, cost estimates and schedules.
• Planning, structuring and leading the planning of the project program of works and identifying program risks and opportunities to propose mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the development of operating budgets for the production and operational unit

INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Head Office)
Coordinate, monitor, and supervise the company industrial relations which cover legal aspects (company’s policy & regulations and manpower regulation) related to employee rights and discipline and labor management relations in order to maintain harmonization in internal company.

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree any major, preferably in Law
• Minimum 5 – 6 years experiences in HR/IR, preferably in Mining/ Oil& Gas/ Engineering Construction industry
• Familiar with updated Government Employment Regulation
• Understand major Industrial Relation issues and alternative of solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill to all levels within the organization
• Maintain to work extended hours as and when required
• Familiar with Industrial Relation Practices.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor, analyse, and develop data for IR guidelines/policies establishment purpose in order to provide assistance in preparing guidelines/ policies in line with company’s target and goals

MINING SUPERVISOR 
(Assignment: KJA Site, Kalimantan)
Monitor, control, and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Mining Engineering/Civil Engineering with min. 4 years experiences in mining operations
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
• Willing to work at pit mining area with shift roster (day and night)
• Have strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent team player and good analytical thinking
• Good command in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
• Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the HSE (Health Safety and Environment) Management Plan
• Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan
• Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance
• Monitor and control mining production on an hourly basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth target achievement (both productivity and utilize unit)
• Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations
• Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team meetings
• Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance department to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization
• Provide shift report and conduct effective hand over meeting to ensure continuation of operational target achievement.

PROJECT PLANNER
(Assignment: Head Office)
Create and develop a schedule of work activities for a Project which clearly shows the work breakdown structure, critical path activities, progress earned to date and programme to completion.

Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree of Engineering
• Min 3 years experiences as Planner/Scheduler
• Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling
• Ability to design and calculate cost of a project
• Ability to establish policies and procedures
• Familiar with project management and project resources ( Labour, Material and Plant )
• Ability to evaluate program effectiveness
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism
• Knowledge of Primavera Project Planner (P3) and associated software and demonstrated competence in producing effectively formatted schedules and reports (preferably certified with Primavera)
• Willing to work extended hours as required
• Schedule Variance Analysis
• Gant Chart Preparation

Responsibilities:
• Develop procedure for design and construction project management scheduling, including coding, resources allocation equipment, manpower resources & material deliverables for construction schedules
• Plan and organize work program; establish and monitor controls to evaluate unit performance; take appropriate action to correct performance and to adjust programs to meet requirements (P6 / MS Project Maintained)
• Analyse and interpret schedules prepared by outside consultants and contractors, merger them into a single composite master schedule, which is summarized, as required, for various levels of use
• Establish and maintain effective means of coordinating unit plans and schedule with other organization units; report delays and problem promptly and take appropriate actions to maintain effective coordination of activities; ensure that unit activities do not conflict with organization goals
• Assist in the analysis of claim, utilizing schedule information and capabilities of the scheduling system to provide accurate picture of project activities events / Daily Monitoring Activity Sheets
• Develop plans to meet unexpected situation, new developments and changes in the business environment; prepare for emergencies; anticipate events; understand the factors and conditions effecting the organization and respond appropriate when these change
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
• Preparing progress S-Curve for weekly & monthly dash board

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Supervise subordinate and supporting superior in monitoring, review and analyse factors that might impact organization which cover detailed financial analysis related to tenders, competitor analysis and operational performance in order to provide business line manager with accurate / current and concise analysis on any issue that could impact Company strategic business plan and creating & formulating ABP (Annual Business Plan), Reforecasting, MMR (Monthly Management Report), BSC (Balance Score Card) Report, and SBP (Strategic Business Plan).

Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematic
• Holding Financial Certification (i.e. CFA) is an advantage
• Min 5 years working experiences as analyst or consultant is preferable
• Preferable to have experience in mining/construction related companies
• Excellent business analysis skills, strong financial modelling skills and Excel
• Excellent in power point (PPT), reporting and presentation skills
• Preferable to have worked with a world class International Corporation

• Able to provide MMR (Monthly Management Reporting) and BSC (Balance Score Card) Report
• Able to provide detailed financial models including sensitivity analysis on potential investment and tender to identify business targets / opportunities
• Support Manager/ supervisor in the annual budget process and prepare re-forecast as required to ensure budget & forecast are reasonable, consistent with the Management activity and accurate
• Support Manager/ supervisor in the preparation of 5 years SBP (Strategic Business Plan) and ensuring in line with Company’s Vision and Mission
• Evaluate and analyse the financial implications of an investment/capex require internally and for Risk Management Committee
• Sustain the development of the financial analysis process across Petrosea aimed at rationalizing costs and improving efficiencies including investee companies

SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
(Assignment: Site Based)
Lead Mine Planning Engineer and resources to produce mine plans & schedules based on breakdown planning from Mine Planning Head Office Team and ensure all processes and implementation based on Plan, complete with relevant system and procedures that support the mining operations to achieve Project objectives within budgetary and contractual constraints.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in a mining related Engineering discipline
• Min. 5 years experiences in mining industry, including at least 3 years in Mine Planning
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
• Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage
• Well developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering
• Ability to use Mine Planning and Scheduling software including practical application to mining operations
• Good knowledge of best practices in Mining operations
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and analyze hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment; monitor the engineer in identify that processes
• Evaluate and analyze actual project performance related to mining activity cost and fuel cost in order to ensure project profit and loss achievement
• Prepare detailed 3WRP (three week rolling plan) referred to monthly plan and 3MRP (three months rolling plan)
• Review Client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the Project quality system are understood and implemented
• Proactively identify variations to the Contract and cooperate with the Commercial Team to follow through on claiming variations
• Contribute to the development of the Three Monthly, Monthly and other short term detailed Mine Plans to integrate with the Mining Operations
• Provide the necessary paraments needed by the Mining operations on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term Mine Plan
• Closely monitor work practices and output to ensure that the integrity, clarity and thoroughness of the information that is produced by the project Mine Planning function is of a high standard and relevant to the requirements
• Maintains a strong capability in the mine planning software and ensures that mine engineering staff are similarly up to date with their skills
• Contribute to the development of long term schedules for integration into shorter term mine plans for utilisation at Petrosea’s Mining operations (using PTP specified scheduling software)
• Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements.

SENIOR TREASURY ACCOUNTANT
(Assignment: Head Office)
Ensure and monitor day-to-day Cash Management and Treasury function, including funding, credit, management, forecasting, and execution of the plan & improvement in order to meet the company’s standard procedures and deadlines.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting or Finance from reputable university
• Min. 4 years experiences in Finance & Accounting
• Understanding of finance and accounting system (computerized)
• Understanding the business process of company, project management, safety policies, and management system
• Good analytical thinking, attention to details, English literacy
• Having good communication skill.

Responsibilities:
• Control and monitor the receipt, custody, control and disbursement of funds and securities and supervise the organization’s banking, credit and investment functions
• Assist for monitoring cash flow and working capital especially the receivables as well as converting unutilized cash into term deposit with staggered period to ensure that cash flow requirements
• Monitor the performance and security of credit, working and depository accounts held with local and international banking and investment institutions
• Plan the short-term financial requirements; maintain cash management programs; and participate in the financial planning process
• Liaise with external parties (Company Bankers, Financial Institution, and Financial Regulator) in maintaining positive and long term working relationship in order to ensure compliance & continuous availability of funding lines.

TRAINING SPECIALIST
(Assignment: Site Based)
To provide training program and assessment for PTP Asset maintenance personnel, of mechanical & Auto-electrical/electronic trades, to ensure the personnel supervised are skilled up towards the identified competencies for the personnel’s position, as well as to perform relief job roles for site training coordinator where necessary, and to comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Apprenticeship graduate for Cert. III in Engineering of both electrical/electronic & mechanical trades –preferably holding Cert. IV in Training & Assessment
• Minimal 5 year of experiences delivering diesel fitting skills (e.g. electrical/electronic & mechanical) training on HE maintenance where at high risk industry in Mining or Oil & Gas Company
• Good Leadership & communication/presentation skill –preferably having a minimum of 3 years previous supervisory roles/job experienced
• Good knowledge about the Heavy Equipment and earth-moving process
• Good communication in English –both verbal and writing
• High level of computer literacy
• Willing to travel to all company’s project sites
• Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.

Responsibilities:
• Implement relevant PTP HSE policies & procedures IN ORDER TO ensure that operations run without interruption due to HSE issues.
• Develop, review and implement Mechanical and Auto-electrical/electronic Training and Assessment processes, and ensure its implementations in accordance with PTP training procedures at project sites.
• Assist the site Training Coordinators to conduct TNA, site delivery of training, supervision for on-job training, personnel screening/selection IN ORDER TO ensure that technical trades training is conducted in order to satisfy site PTP requirements.
• Develop and review Mechanical & Auto-electrical/electronic training modules, and assessments, in order to maintain the quality always meet the requirements for project sites.
• Deliver effective Mechanical & Auto-electrical/ electronic training in accordance with Company Policies and Regulation IN ORDER TO maintain and upgrade all Auto-electrician competency levels in accordance with position competency requirements.
• Monitor post training performance of Asset personnel conducting Mechanical & Auto-electrical/ electronic maintenance activities IN ORDER TO ensure that the training has been conducted effectively
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly training report and then submit it to the Training Superintendent
