1. Head of Plant & Maintenance Division
(Subject: HODIV PLM)
Overview:
Control and Evaluate all activities of Plant & Maintenance Division through effective collaboration with all functions in the company in order to provide reliable advice and service to support the achievement of company goals and strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degreen of Mechanical/Electrical Enginnering
• Max 50 yo
• Has 10 years work experience in the same field and 5 years in Managerial positions at Mining Companies
• Has POM certificate
• Deeply understand about Mining Process dan HSE Procedures
• Skillful in Computerized Mechanical Management System (CMMS)
• Deeply understand about Plant & Maintenance
• Deeply understand about Heavy Equipment Management System
• Has Negotiation, Coaching & Concelling, Budgeting skills
• Has Continuous Improvement skill
• Has great Manajerial skill
• Showing good communication and excellent presentation.
• Able to work under pressure

2.Auxilliary Team Leader
(Subyek: ATL_A_Name)
Overview:
Organize, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all activities of maintenance / maintenance and repair of auxilliary units in the project within the scope of supervision and maintaining the cleanliness of the work environment based on the direction of the supervisor and schedule / planning made by the planner within the budget, procedure and HSE standards applies to support the achievement of PA, MTBF and MTTR unit targets and support the smooth operation of mining.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering of Heavy Equipment.
• Has experience minimum 3 years as maintenance mechanic of mining heavy equipment is preferred.
• Familiar with Komatsu unit especially in Buldozer and Motor Grader.
• Has a POP certification is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Asam-Asam Site, South Kalimantan.

3. Nutritionist
(Subject: NTI_B_Name)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree of Nutrition (public health faculty)
• Age between 30-40 yo.
• Domiciled of East Kalimantan.
• Deep undertanding of Occupational Health and Safety.
• Has experienced minimum 3 years of working experience as Nutritionist in hospital or food & beverage industry.
• Has Food Safety and HACCP Certification.
• Willing to be placed in Bengalon Site, East Kalimantan.

4. Engineering Superintendent 
(Subject: ENG SPT)
Overview:
Coordinates, direct and control the process of production data analysis, operator performance and production tool performance and daily, weekly and monthly cost of the engineering team in order to provide accurate, complete and up to date mining operations data to provide repair recommendations to users.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Mining or Geology
• Min Age 30, Max 40
• Understand Mining Process
• Having Experience in 5 years in same position
• Having Certificate POP or POM
• Able Work with deadine
• Having good communication
• Only qualified candidates will be processed
• Willing to be placed in Bengalon, East Kalimantan

5. Industrial Relation & CSR Specialist
(Subject: IRCS_H_Name)
Overview:
Analyzing and designing the rules that apply in companies related to industrial relations and monitoring these rules so that they are run by employees within the Company to create a harmonious work environment and analyze corporate social responsibility programs that can provide benefits to stakeholders to meet the needs of stakeholders themselves.

Qualifications:
• Minimum education: Bachelor degree of Law.
• Age between 30 - 40 years old.
• Has experience minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is require for this position.
• Preferably supervisor/coordinator specializing in Industrial Relation and External Relation or equivalent.
• Evaluates current CLA, Industrial Relation Procedure, Industrial Relation policies in order to ensure compliance with law and maintain a harmonious industrial relations climate.
• Experience in resolving Industrial disputes up to the level of PHI (Industrial Relations court).
• Able to establish good communication with government agencies and trade unions and master the provisions of the Bipartite and Tripartit LKS.
• Responsible in handling Industrial & External Relation disputes settlement in timely manner.
• Responsible for building a good relation with labor unions, local communities, government and NGO/Community Organization.
• Responsible for making CSR Program and ensure it implementation.
• Possessed strong leadership and communication skill.
• Willing to placed in company head office.
• Willing to travel to our sites in any time.

6. Industrial Relation Team Leader
(Subject: IRTL_S_Name)
Overview:
Analyze, regulate, develop and report on Industrial Relations activities in the project and coordinate security in the project continuously in order to support the creation of Industrial & External Relations that are relevant to company policies in the project and in accordance with applicable HSE budgets, procedures and standards.

Qualifications:
• Minimum education: Bachelor degree of Law.
• Age between 30 - 40 years old.
• Has experience minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is require for this position.
• Has working in mining industry is preferably.
• Preferably supervisor/coordinator specializing in Industrial Relation.
• Evaluates current CLA, Industrial Relation Procedure, Industrial Relation policies in order to ensure compliance with law and maintain a harmonious industrial relations climate.
• Experience in resolving Industrial disputes up to the level of PHI (Industrial Relations court).

7. Finance Project (Code : FP) 
Job Description
Reconcile, summarize, analyze and report all costs in the project through operational control, perform petty cash functions and operational finance in the project to provide input complete, accurate and timely cost information to the user in supporting smoothness improved operational effectiveness and efficiency improvements in projects based on budget constraints and predetermined HSE standard

Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor degree Accounting or economy
• Have experience minimum 3th years in same position
• Understand mining process and business process
• Good communication skil
• Willing to be place in east Kalimantan
