OFFICE BOY
(Tempat Kerja: Balikpapan – Kalimantan Timur)

Job Description:
Bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kebersihan Office, workshop dan area sekitar office dan
melakukan perkerjaan Office Boy yang lainnya.
Job Requirements:
 Pria , Usia 20-30 thn
 Belum Menikah
 Pendidikan SMA/SMK
 Berpengalaman sebagai OB perusahaan min. 2 tahun
 Mampu bekerja sendiri maupun dengan tim
 Pekerja keras
 Jujur, bertanggung jawab, cekatan, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
 Bersedia kerja lembur

HR ADMIN
(Tempat Kerja: Balikpapan – Kalimantan Timur)

Job Description:
 Handle all HR service administration
 Responsible with registration and administration of for BPJS, Disnaker and expat formalities process
 Provide administrative recruitment process from posting job ads to interview arrangement until new
employee on-board.
 Responsible with data input and record of all employee administration limited to Employee Personnel,
Performance Appraisal Administration & Employee Leaves. Ensure employee records are established in
HRIS and are complete and accurate.
 Generate HR letter such as memo, external letter, etc when required.
 Maintain agreement period in a timely manner.
 Oversee and manage employee claims in a timely manner
 Handle employee training needs, submission & records.
 Assist with the coordination of training (leadership, development, company initiated training) facilitated
by the HR Team. Handling employee competency permit process such as POP, Welder, etc.
 Handle timesheet completion, input data timesheet and assist payroll calculation
 Participate in any operational events agenda
 Maintaining records related with training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
 Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
 Maintain filling system for HR Department.
 Maintain knowledge of relevant company regulation, and manpower legislation to ensure that accurate
information is provided to employees
Job Requirements:
 Graduated S1 degree in any field of study preferably in Management, Psychology
 Minimum of 1 year experience in general HR (HR/Admin) management
 Have experience dealing with foreign manpower formalities at least 3 years
 Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines.
 Advance for Microsoft Words and Excel Program
 Basic Knowledge for Manpower Regulation
 Business Writing
 Strong logic and analytical thinking, defining cause and effect relationship
 Discipline, honest, communicative
 Able to manage employee data

RECEPTIONIST & GA
(Tempat Kerja: Balikpapan – Kalimantan Timur)

Job Description:
Be the face of Transkon, embody our values
 Warm and welcoming, professional in approach
 Solve for the customer first - go above and beyond for our guests. No task is beneath you, or too hard
 Data driven - own and maintain a guest logbook
Meeting Room Management
 Ensure meeting rooms are used as per the booking schedule
 Ensure all meeting rooms and foyer/guest areas are well presented at all times
 Manage ad hoc any meeting requests with ease
Guest Interaction
 Alert Transkon host to guest arrival immediately, and monitor to ensure they attend the guest promptly
 Place guest in appropriate room, or waiting area
 Offer guest amenities, such as drink on arrival, bathroom directions, order transport, etc.
 Chat with guest if appropriate
 Direct calls to the most appropriate place or take messages, acting as the gatekeeper to ensure only important and
relevant calls come through to the team
HRGA Administration
 Office Administration as needed, such as handling employee leave, email, generates letters, PO, etc.
 Manage ticketing for all staffs as requested
 Prepare and monitor uniform for all employees in timely manner
 Provide meals to sites
 Manage office cleaners and building management
You may be a good fit if you are:
 Welcoming and friendly demeanor
 Fluent in English and Indonesian language
 Comfortable speaking and conversing in a professional manner with a diverse range of individuals
 Strong customer service orientation (polite, friendly, well presented and proactive to assist guests) and proficient in
office software
 Attention to detail, can manage competing tasks and priorities
 Hard worker, willing to get anything done
Nice to have:
 Experience in Receptionist/Secretary Role (1 year)
 Specifically: filing, office management, answer phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail, and inventory management
 Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
 D3 Secretariat/Business Administration/Hospitality
