1. Shift Supervisor (Location: Samarinda & Palembang)
Responsibilities:
• Review daily inventory movement by means of reports to verify that there are no deficits or surpluses, or any operations performed wrongly. Review the facility operations daily by means of inspection rounds and reports.  Program preventive and corrective maintenance and recommend these to Plant Superintendent.
• Prepare and request purchase orders for tools, materials and equipment following approved process and procedure.
• Prepare work orders in the appropriate forms to ensure that work within the Terminal is performed with maximum security and in the safety conditions.
• Perform and/or coordinate with contractors, maintenance activities at the Terminal based on programs previously determined by the Superintendence. Comply with any task entrusted by the Superintendent within the operations of the Terminal.
• Supervise Terminal employees as required. Supervise and coordinate Plant personnel schedules and activities. Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Superintendence of the Terminal, as well as in all contingency drills.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 5 years minimum experience in industrial facilities in areas related to maintenance, production and industrial safety.
• 10 years minimum experience if educational requirements not met.
• Preferably with knowledge of ISO 9000
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual: English and + (depending on location)
• Proactive and willing to propose the continuous improvement of the facilities and processes applied in the plant
• Strong leadership skills

2. HSEC Specialist (Location: Samarinda & Palembang)

Responsibilities:
• Acts as a fire crew leader, undertaking rescues, spills, fires and other emergencies in an efficient manner as laid down in established procedures.
• Participates with crew in all emergency drills and ensures proper coordinated action as practiced in these drills to meet with real emergency situations.
• Practices the use of first aid equipment, breathing apparatus, foam and utilizes fixed fire suppressing system.
• Maintains and tests fire protection equipment following established services schedules and meeting all performance standards for equipment. Verifies equipment is in current working order after servicing. Directs fire crew in performing servicing.
• Tests or checks all fixed equipment on a regular basis according to established schedules such as static fire equipment, sprinklers, halos and powder extinguishers. Carries out daily checks on deluge sprinkler and detection system and on the foam tender.
• Carries out regular inspections of all air bottles and breathing equipment and personnel protection equipment. Ensures all fire crew equipment and static equipment used is replenished after fire or emergency.
• Ensures that there is an adequate provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, and incident reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Maintains a record of incident reports and if warranted has them analyzed by Safety Committee.
• Develops and implements a suitable and relevant health and safety policy.
• Assesses risks to health and safety, and implements measures and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessments.
• Liaises as necessary with other organizations and relevant authorities, and assists in conducting audit and remedial actions.
• Makes sure that the workplace satisfies health, safety and welfare requirements for ventilation, temperature, lighting, sanitary, washing and rest facilities.

Requirements:

3. Mechanical Technician (Location: Samarinda & Palembang)
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all plant equipment are well maintained as per required maintenance procedures
• Conduct routine inspection, testing & preventive maintenance as per required maintenance procedures
• No unplanned equipment downtime to interrupt any terminal operations & well maintained of terminal equipment reliability
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical breakdown to minimise terminal operations interruption
• Coordinate any contractors’ works as required & ensure works are carried as per SAPS HSE procedures
• Coordinate in any preventative maintenance program required
• Implement maintenance procedures & checklists, include communications to operations team
• In charge of Terminal Asset Guardian (TAG), setup, develop & maintaining of the system
• Maintain good rapport & continuous communication with operations team, other departments & contractors

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering
• 1 – 3 years working experience in mechanical equipment maintenance & technical background
• Computer literacy is essential
• Hands on experience in plant equipment maintenance & repair

4. Operation Manager Terminal (Location: Samarinda & Palembang)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in ensuring that all standard company process and procedures are strictly followed by every employee in the terminal.
• Accountable in the performance of each terminal in maintaining the quality and quantity of products inside the terminal; Operating and Receiving gains/losses are within acceptable limits; resolves issues on product quality and gains/losses.
• Responsible/monitors that the terminals operate within the approved Capex and Opex Budget; continuously drive for cost reduction and improving the level of service; coordinates with Engineering in monitoring and completion of Capex and major Opex projects; that projects are delivered on specs and on-time; recommends improvements in the terminal
• Responsible/ensures that requirements and policies regarding HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment) are in-place and strictly followed; ensures continuous education and improvement of HSSE performance in each terminal; monitors the development of programs and schedule seminars/training/exercise to all employees in the terminal.
• Ensures that the terminal meets or exceeds the expectations of all customers; fast and accurate order taking, on-time delivery with the right quantity and on-spec product.
• Conduct walkabout in the terminal with Terminal Superintendent, HSSE Supervisors and terminal operations to identify what needs improvement and best practice in-place; recommend actions for items that need improvements and disseminate best practice to other terminals.
• Take account of regulatory documentation required by local law and be the main point of contact with the local ministries:
- Assurance of Vehicles policy compliance including vehicle repairs, purchases and sales.
- Approval of equipment and services purchases.
- Answer Ministry claims and requests.
- Assure Ministry export permits for the company supplier.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Post graduate degree in strategic, operational management or business administration is preferred
• At least 5 years experiences as a Manager in a major Liquid Petroleum Terminal
• Managing terminal engineering projects would be an advantage.
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree.
• 8-10 years of experience related to similar operations, including up to 6-7 years in a leadership role managing or supervising personnel.
• Bilingual: English and local language
• Able to use Microsoft Office Suite applications; Presentation tools and programs
• Knowledge of the international codes and standards in petroleum terminals (product handling, measurement, storage)

5. Operator (Location: Samarinda & Palembang)
Responsibilities:
• Receive orders from cargo to enter and monitor cargo tanks. Drain tanks and filters. Fill fuel into tankers arriving at the Terminal, in a fast and safe manner, by means of the loading equipment. Seal the upper inlets of the tank and the discharge valves of the same, in order to secure the load to the customer. Comply with all safety measures of the Terminal at all times.
• Revise and fill in all documentation required for filling trucks, verifying with the driver the product (s) to be loaded as well as the volume(s) of the same. Fill cards loaded with API, temperature and time of loading. Revise tankers before filling and report any pertinent situations.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times. Provide maintenance services to the loading equipment and execution of the preventive maintenance program of the Terminal, without interfering with the daily filling of trucks (valves and pipes). Calibration of flow meters. Hydrostatic testing of piping. Enable and disable the electric motors for pumps, tanks, filling rack
• Participate in all training courses scheduled by the Superintendence of the Terminal, as well as in all contingency drills.  Give logistical support in Terminal. Comply with any other task entrusted by the Superintendent within the operations of the Terminal.

Requirements:
• Min. bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (general education with extended experience level)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling of fuel.
• Safety standards.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics.

Responsibilities:
• Perform administration for Human Resource, Finance, Business Support, B2B and HSSE for the Terminal

7. Tax Officer (Location: Head Office)
Responsibilities:
• Verify of input and output tax invoice for ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide and complete monthly and annual tax report such as: PPN,  Pph Ps 29, checking PPh ps 21, 23/26 and etc.
• Provide sales & purchasing monthly report based on PPN
• Prepare tax payments
• Estimate and track tax returns
• Organize and update the company’s tax database
• Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
