Sales Admin (Position Code: ADM)
Responsibility
• To prepare document for sales transaction (example Quotation letter, CAS. Order Letter. PRAS. Sales Agreement. DR, JO, MDI, BAST. Warranty Certificate and Promotion Material.
• Submit Report on unit sales activities.
• To make recording active customer and unit acquired by customers within the last one year.
• To make correspondence and document filling of unit sales documents.
• Make forecast report based on input from salesman..
Qualifications
• Male/Female, age 21 - 30 years.
• Minimum diploma degree in Secretarial academy, Economic. Marketing.
• Have experience at least I (one( year especially in clerical & administration of selling heavy equipment/automotive products.
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply this position.
• Mature. independent & teamwork, communicative, outgoing, problem solving, negotiation skills, detail, meticulous and honest.
• Good communication in English is a must !spoken & written).
• Computer literate: windows application (Word. Excel, Power point. etc}.
• Ready to work under-pressure situation.
• Wilting to be placed at Samarinda.
