Awal mula Grace Technic berdiri pada 27 Januari 2008 berlokasi di Balikpapan dengan lingkup bisnis jasa perbaikan, rekayasa mesin, dan fabrikasi aneka tools dan peralatan penunjang di industri pertambangan batu bara dan peralatan angkat berat. Seiring perkembangan usaha, pada 29 September 2016 kami resmi memperluas lingkup bisnis di industri minyak & gas khususnya manufaktur thread spesifikasi API 7-1 dan API 5CT. Kami juga menyediakan pembuatan tools dan aksesoris non lisensi untuk keperluan pengeboran (wireline unit, fishing tools, offshore basket dan sebagainya). Kami didukung oleh tim yang solid, kompeten, kuat, dan profesional di berbagai divisi.
Production Superintendent
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree from Machining Engineering,
- Minimum 3(three) years working experience in production field in manufacturing (Machining, Fabrication, Plating) Industry
- Willingness work in shift bases;
- Having personal skill to deal with all level "general worker" (operator, etc),
- Quick response of problems and has good initiatives
- Capability to elaborate analytical methods,
- Computer literate is a must;
- Previous experience in multinational consumer goods industry is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTON
- Supervise production process and finishing lines in order to achieve target of productivity, quality 5S & cost effectiveness;
- Coordinate support from outside department and coordination;
- Control & supervise the daily / weekly/ monthly, implementation operations, 5S & SHE on production floor,
- Assist Production Manger to develop skill and cornpetencies of people for short terrn and long terrn;
- Control & supervise group leaders, operators, etc during production process in order to achieve production target in HSE way,
- Cascade and communicate all the targets to group leaders in order to enhance employee's awareness & enhance the sense of belonging;
- Analyze planned or unplanned downtime course by production issue and report the action plan to Production Manager;
- Ensure machine running as expectation ;
- Ensure implementing 5S and ISO 9001-2015; API =-Q1, API-5CT, API-7-1 guarantees system and ensure standardized work;
