PT Indexim Coalindo is a Coal Mining Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in East Kalimantan. Currently, we are looking for several candidates with the following requirements:
Manager Mining Operation
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible to ensure 2 sections such as mining production and services-drill and blast, well-managed.
• As an “executor” of the production target, to ensure all hourly.daily/weekly/monthly/yearly target achieved.
Job Requirements:
• Work Experiences :
o Min 10 years directly experience on managing mining operations activity such as production (loading, hauling, dumping, loading/dumping point preparation for both overburden removal and coal getting) and services-drill & blast (drilling, blasting, dewatering, sloping, ramp establishment, road maintenance, etc)
o Exposed to mining engineering & plant maintenance is a huge advantage.
o Strongly exposed to the fleet management system such as modular mining, cat-minestar, etc.
• Skills: familiar with mining softwares min surpac/minescape etc, ERP system, Autocad, Microsoft Project, Excel and have a strong leadership skill.
• Education: min Mining Engineering (S1)
• Willing to work in field (Kaltim) with roster working schedule
Superintendent Mining Production
Main Responsibilities:
• Eventually responsible for Loading & hauling, Dumping, Effective & Efficient Operation.
• Leading the mining production team to build a solid team with discipline and effective/efficient work ethics.
Job Requirements:
• Work experiences : min 10 years directly experience on loading, hauling, dumping, managing operator and dealing with big fleet (100-200 ton class). Having experience on coal mining and achievement on optimizing fleet utilization.
• Skills : familiar with Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Project, and have a strong leadership skill and safety concerns.
• education : All Majorities (Minimum S1), D3 or SMA.
• Willing to work in field (Kaltim) with roster working schedule
Superintendent Mine Planning
Main Responsibilities:
• Eventually responsible for mine planning & design, digging scheduling, ensure pit and disposal meet the standar geotechnical, and ensure all survey activities undertaken timely.
• Leading the mine planning team to support department mining engineering with safe, efficient/effective decision and reasonably low cost. Develop a solid team with no gapping/grouping.
Job Requirements:
• Working experience : Min 7 years directly experience on mine planning, scheduling, designing, geotechnical and survey.
• Skills : Management/communication/planning skill, familiar with excel, word, power point software.
• Education : All majority (Minimum S1)
• Willing to work in field (Kaltim) with roster working schedule
Manager Construction & Utility
Main Responsibilities:
• Eventually responsible for maintaining all facilities as Department Site Maintenance (civil, electrical, carpenter, etc) after completion of mining infrastructures
• Reviewing all engineering specification and vendors including condition in contract, whilst closed working with procurement department
• Leading the construction of mining facilities onsite including earthworks and civil constructions such as accomodations, camp facilities, offices, warehouse, workshop, fuel tanks storage, etc
• As coordinator to other relevant parties/departments onsite such as KTT, Admin (HR/Land/Community/Camp, etc), Operations, Contractors to support all project scheduling concerns.
Job Requirements:
• Working experience : Min 15 years directly experience on construction of infrastructures, mining facilities, hauling road construction & maintenance, bridge, culvert, settling/polishing pond, project planning & supervision, managing people and fleet, exposed to project controlling/cost controlling and swampy project. Having experience previously with Indexim site would be an advantage.
• Skills : Still familiar with mining software min Autocad, Microsoft project, Excel and have a strong leadership skill
• Education : Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering (S1)
• Willing to work in field (Kaltim) with roster working schedule
Construction Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
• Compiling and reviewing proposal/quotes from contractor, and eventually recommend the best contractor to undertake the infrastructure construction works.
• Reviewing and finalization of infrastructure design prior to final approval for construction.
• Ensure all project schedule followed-up and updated, including cost control.
• Chasing procurement on the follow-up action to achieve target of completion for each construction package.
Job Requirements:
• Working Experiences: 5-10 years directly experience on supervision of constrcuction of infrastructure, mining facilities, hauling road construction and maintenance, bidge, culvert, settling/polishion pond, project planning and supervision, managing people and fleet, exposed to project controlling/cost and swampy project. Having experience previously with indexim site would be an advantage.
• Skill : still familiar with mining software min autocad, Microsoft project, excel and have a strong leadership skill.
• Education : mining engineering, civil engineering (S1)
• Willing to work in field (Kaltim) with roster working schedule
Manager HRGA & Training
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, general affairs, training (especially for heavy equipment operator and mechanic), employee relation & benefits, finance & accounting, IT (telecommunication), camp & accommodation.
• To ensure all services above strongly delivered to the employees with timely and good quality.
• Leading the HRGA & Training Department by maintaining and developing the spirit and motivation of each employee.
Job Requirements:
• Working Experiences: Min 20 years directly experience of recruitment, general affair, training, employee relation and benefit, finance & accounting, IT (Telecommunication), camp & accommodation. Very strong exposed to the operator and mechanic skill training is highly demanded.
• Skills : Management/communication/planning skill, familiar with excel, word, powerpoint software.
• Education : All majority (Minimum S1)
• Willing to work in field (Kaltim) with roster working schedule
Superintendent Recruitment & GA
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for recruitment of employee following the existing recruitment policy, and undertaking general affair inculing employee transportation.
• Leading recruitment & GA team onsite to deliver the best service for both onsite and offsite duties of the employees.
Job Requirements:
• Working Experiences: Min 10 on recruitment of employee (staff/non-staff) especially for remote area.
• Skills : Management/communication/planning skill, familiar with excel, word, powerpoint software.
• Education : All majority (Minimum S1)
• Willing to work in field (Kaltim) with roster working schedule
Supervisor Finance & Accounting
Main Responsibilities:
• To ensure development of cost-code for site accounting purpose to accommodate and address the need to make detail on each activity and base on equipment type (plant hire rate)
• As a powerful user of erp system to support operational activity particularly on cost allocation control and comment.
• Understand on tax, depreciation, including all finance/accounting aspects which impacting the site cost.
• Ensure all finance/accounting data valid and robust as well as managed in proper standard and procedure.
Job Requirements:
• Work experiences: min 5-10 years directly experience on supervision of finance and accounting tasks in mining contractor.
• Skills : familiar with recognized mining ERP software such Mincom-Ellipse, Oracle-EBS and/or JDEdward, Pronto, Microsoft project, Excel and have strong leadership skill.
• Education : Accounting, Finance (S1)
• Willing to work in field (Kaltim) with roster working schedule
