Responsibilities:
- Identify the needs related to HR activity such as training, recruitment, etc.
- Plan HR activity and recommended the implementation process
- Coordinate the preparation of HR activity
- Conduct HR activity, monitor the implementation
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) background
- Any background education referred to the respective analyst role
- Has knowledge computer literacy
- Comprehending Human Resource Activities
