We are an International PMA company which supplies high quality slurry & dewatering equipment to the mining industry throughout Indonesia. We currently have a position available based in Balikpapan for

HSEQ SUPERINTENDENT 

• Education and Experience 
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Safety (preferably from AK3 background) 
• Minimum 5 years experiences as HSE in Mining Industries. 
• Having Certificate in K3 or equivalent 
• Having knowledge in pumps is recommended 
• Willing to be travelling to site 

Key Competencies

• Strong communication skills 
• Problem identification and analysis 
• Teamwork Develop and provide training on plant Health and Safety Policies/Guidelines.
• Supervise/Manage the Health and Safety Department personnel by coordinating department responsibilities.
• Provide direction to ensure compliance of regulatory issues and plant policies. 
• Stress tolerance 
• Strong written and verbal English skills
