Datra Internusa is looking for PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
( Medan/ Surabaya/ Makassar/ Balikpapan Area)
Requirement:
1. Min. bachelor’s degree from any major, preferable from Civil or Architect major
2. Having experience as sales manager/ related position for at least 2 years
3. Having experience in construction or building material industry is a must
4. Excellent in communication and negotiation is a must
5. Strong in professional networking
6. Domicile in Medan/ Surabaya/ Makassar/ Balikpapan
7. Willing to attend training in Jakarta
Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate project development activities
- Supervise project development team
- Identify and approach new sales leads
- Identify client needs and match available products/ services to address those needs
- Deliver sales pitch to potential leads
- Prepare and manage all phases of tender process
- Maintain networking activities with clients, owners, and subcontractors
- Achieve sales target
