1. Memiliki SIO Kemenaker untuk Wheel Loader.
2. Maksimal berumur 35 tahun.
3. Berpengalaman menjadi Operator selama 1 tahun atau lebih.
4. Dapat bekerja secara tim maupun individu.
5. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik.
6. Sertifikat Training adalah poin plus.
7. Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani.
8. Siap ditugaskan ke seluruh area operasional perusahaan.
