- Pendidikan min D3/S1 FARMASI
- Pengalaman menangani PJT ALKES min 1 tahun
- Memahami perizinan Alkes, CDAKB, SOP, SIPA & PAK
- Memahami perizinan dengan BPOM & KEMENKES
