Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least D3 or S1 in Electrical engineering (IPK Minimal 3,0)
- Minimal 1 – 3 years of experience in repair plant & power plant maintenance or PLC conveyor maintenance
- Having a good knowledge and able to operate PLC (Program Logic Control)o Having a good knowledge of short circuit calculation
- Having a good knowledge of AC Generator System
- Having a good English skill (both speaking and writing)
- Excellent reporting ability and wire diagram reading
- Computer literacy (MS office, PLC Programing)
- Loyal and teamwork capability
- Having experience in coal mining company is preferred
- Domicile in East Kalimantan is preferred
- Willing to be positioned in Paser Mine Site in East Kalimantan

Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree from mining engineering
- Minimal 8 years’ experience in mining production management
- Ability to set-up, manage, monitor all production operation activities, including manpower, safety & environment, stakeholder, equipment, and mining technology
- Experience of designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and track record of following through to ensure closure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong analytical thinking, project and product management skills
- Experience in managing of the whole project life cycle
- Excellent in both spoken and written English
- Computer literacy (MS office, internet skill, relevant mining engineering tools)
- Domicile in East Kalimantan is preferredo Willing to be positioned in Paser Mine Site in East Kalimantan
Purpose of the role :
- Planning, controlling and managing production operational activities, including labor, partners, equipment, technology, etc. to ensure that they are aligned to achieve the Company's production targets in accordance with the Mine Plan, safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of routine reports related to the mining production process.
