HR/GA SITE
Qualifications:
- Diploma Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR/GA Manager in EPC Project or Industrial Plant Project |
- Understand labor laws
- Understand the recruitment and interview process.
- Have many relationships for the recruitment process in large numbers.
- Understand of contracts/agreements
- Able to work with a team
- Able to communicate well
- Capable and willing to work with high pressure, in term of load and/or time
- Willing to be placed at the project site in Balikpapan
COST CONTROL
Qualifications:
- |Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Economic/Finance
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the EPC Project or Industrial Plant Project
- Ms. Project & Ms. Office literate, especially Ms. Excel
- Fluent in English both in oral and written
- Good analytical, communication & negotiation skill
- Have a good knowledge about Project Management
- Capable and willing to work with high pressure, in term of load and/or time
- Willing to be placed at the project site in Balikpapan
PROJECT CONTROL
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the EPC Project or Industrial Plant Project
- Primavera and Ms. Project literate
- Fluent in English both in oral and written
- Good analytical, communication & negotiation skill
- Have a good knowledge about Project Management
- Capable and willing to work with high pressure, in term of load and/or time
- Willing to be placed at the project site in Balikpapan
LIFTING ENGINEER
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At leat 3 years experience directly involved in lifting equipment operation in Oil and Gas lifting equipment operations, EPC Project or Industrial Plant Project
- Have experience or evidence with the development of lifting plans, risk assessment and integrated execution of safe Lifting Operations
- Familiar with Cranes and Safety Operation Lifting Equipment
- Able to operate computer, especially Ms. Project & Ms. Office
- Have MIGAS Certificate
- Capable and willing to work with high pressure, in term of load and/or time |
- Willing to be placed at the project site in Balikpapan
