- Schedules, coordinates and provides field supervision of staff involved in such as activities installations and utilities maintenance.
- Prepares work plans for utility maintenance.
- Maintains utility records and prepares reports.
- Provides input for and assists in the preparation of performance evaluations of assigned subordinate personnel.
- Assist in the development of departmental standard operating procedures and emergency response policy and procedures for utility maintenance operations.
- Provide for the training of assigned personnel in work methods, use of tools and equipment and safety practices.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.

• Coordinate, monitor and inspect civil work of construction.
• Review contract documents, architectural drawings and civil engineering specifications in order to maintain familiarity with assigned projects.
• Conduct on-site observation and spot-checks of work in progress.
• Ensure contract compliance by the contractor, such as conducting tests specified in contract and installing materials/equipment as specified in contract, and report deficiencies to project manager, architect and contractor.
• Provide reports on all on-site matters, including third-party inspections, progress, safety concerns, and causes for delay.
• Maintain job-site files, documents, reports and daily log; prepare periodic reports.To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
