Requirements:
- Perempuan
- Usia 20 – 25 tahun
- Diutamakan Single / Belum Menikah
- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK semua jurusan
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai admin
- Mahir mengoperasikan komputer terutama Ms. Office termasuk Ms. Outlook
- Memiliki keinginan untuk belajar dan mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat
- Aktif, berinisiatif tinggi, jujur, responsif, teliti
- Mampu menyelesaikan tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab
- Terbiasa bekerja sama dengan tim
- Domisili di Balikpapan
Job Descriptions:
- Melakukan proses administrasi logistik dari A – Z dan pengarsipan
- Menyiapkan dokumen untuk pengiriman ke klien dan antar warehouse
- Memastikan surat jalan (DO) kembali dari pengiriman
- Monitor email dan outstanding order dari klien
