 PT Multi Harapan Utama (MHU) adalah Kontraktor yang ditunjuk oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk melakukan kegiatan pertambangan (Eksplorasi & Operasi Produksi batubara berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerjasama Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batubara Generasi 1 atau PKP2B generasi 1 dengan wilayah operasi MHU terletakdi kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara dan Kota Samarinda Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.

PT Multi Harapan Utama (MHU Coal) is seeking for suitable candidates as a
Corporate Legal Officer (Code : CLO)

Requirements:

1) Bachelor Degree majoring in Law.

2) Fluent English is must (oral, written and good communication skill). 

3) Having at least 1 year of working experiences in company as corporate legal

4) Having good knowledge about mining law, banking law, corporate law and civil law

5) Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization

6) Proven track record of strong negotiation, communication, organizational and people management skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with minimum supervision

7) Experience in handling high volume of work and activities involving multiple and complex projects simultaneously. 

8) Problem solving and analytical skills also attention to detail (highly organized)

9) Good networking, good communication, highly motivated, responsible, responsive and ability to work well within the team.

10) Full-Time position(s) available. 

Willing to be located both in Jakarta or Kalimantan Timur.
