HRGA DEPT. HEAD
- Male, Age range : min. 30 y.o, Barchelor of Pyshicology / Ministry
- Has 7 years’ experience inthe same field
- Strong leadership skills and good interpersonal
- Excellent knowledge of HRGA tasks and procedure (People Management, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Disciplinary action,
- Industrial Relation, Recruitment, People Development etc.}
- Excellent skill of managing outsourcing company
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of labor laws and government regulations
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of legal process through government electronic application program and able to use it (OSS, BKPM/LKPM, SIINAS, INATRADE, etc.)
- Knowing Import Legal aspects is an advantage.
- Excellent relationship with local and central government
- Excellent understanding of ISO 9000:201
- Able to manage HRGA budget and expenses
- Able to manage support division such as Safety, Security, Driver and OB/OG.
- Able to work under pressure and good analytical skills
- Able to communicate in Indonesia and English (oral and written)
- Organized, hardworking, creative, responsive, communicative, professional and initiative
- Able to work independently and adapt quickly to business situations
- Ableto operate Ms. Office
