Job Responsibilities :
*Develop and implement strategies according to company goals and objectives naiming to business growth.
* Design policies that align with overall strategies achieving efficient processes and standards.
* Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts.
* Oversee expenses and budgeting to achieve optimize costs and benefits.
*Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
Job Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Any Major
* At least 10 years of working experience in similar industry
*Strong understanding tn operation of sea freight and land freight, and transportation business model.
* Willing to work in Balikpapan
