Persyaratan :
-Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Accounting, Tax, Management, Economics, Law, Psychology
-Fresh graduate, preferably 1-year work experience
-Having experience in mining operations minimum 3 years (Diploma)
-Having excellent Job Management, HR Management, Personnel Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Income Tax, Industrial relations, Termination Management, HRD Procedures and Regulations, HSE Procedure, Manpower Law, HR-IR Regulation.
-Have good communication & attention to detail
-Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
