Legal &Lisence Staff
Responsibiities:
- Coordinating & Liaising with Government PIC related to license & permits Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Monitoring & Extending the license / Permits which will be expired required Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is
Requirements:
- Male, age 24-30 years
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
- Has at least 2 years experiences at legal matters in Mining Company
- Knowledge in company laws, oontract laws and the Indonesian regulatory issues as well as the internation al commercial laws
- Ready to work at Site, West Kutal, East Kalimantan
