  • Responsible for daily coordination of order fulfillment, quoting, lead times and issues related to customer parts requirement.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation including, purchase order, delivery note, and invoicing for financial system
  • Perform detailed research prior informing customer on back order parts and lead time supply.
  • Responsible to resolve issues related to customer support.
  • Review fill rate report to find effective strategy to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the "Receives Clerk" manages the received of all goods onsite in the correct manner including all relevant data being inputted into the ware house computer management system.
  • Ensure that all newly received items are placed in the correct location within the warehouse and laydown area.
  • All parts storage areas (both in the warehouse and outside areas) are to be kept in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Ensure daily stock takes are carried out to ascertain the current stock of fuel / oils / lubricants.
  • Ensure that correct procedure of issuing spare parts (no part number - no part) to maintenance personnel is followed.
  • Ensure that the inventory spare parts replacement system  operates efficiently.
  • Modify "maximum and minimum" stock levels as required so that the correct level of spare parts stock is maintained.
  • Ensure that requests for non - stock parts are immediately actioned by the Parts Co-Ordinator.
  • All "local" purchases are to be accompanied by a minimum of three (3) quotes before a order can be raised.
  • All components to be dispatched to Balikpapan or elsewhere for repair are to be actioned within 3 days after receive by the warehouse.
  • Produce the monthly warehouse activity report.
  • Keep the relevant onsite personnel informed of the progress of orders and when they are expected onsite.
  • Liaise with the relevant Maintenance Planning group to ensure all parts required for machine overhauls/rebuilds are available and ready for use before a rebuild/overhaul begins.
  • Ensure all parts ordered for rebuilds/overhauls, but are not used are correctly "credited" back to stock.
  • Ensure all oils, fuel and lubricants are ordered in a timely fashion so there are no incidents of "nil stock" for these items.
  • All local purchases are to be approved by the Production Manager or his proxy before those services are provided.
  • Ensure all stocks of consumables and PPE are keep at a reasonable level.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret parts catalogue/ parts book.
  • At least 5 years ​of working experience in part & Warehousing.
  • Full professional or bilingual proficiency in English
