TAX STAFF
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Fiscal Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 year of experience in related Field
- Having the certification of Brevet A and B is Preferred
- Proficient to handle big data and Microsoft excel skills
- Financial accounting knowledge, SAP is preferable
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulation with strong tax accounting skills and proficiency in tax reporting
- Capable for using tax application system
- An excellent team player, and respectful to others Computer literacy (MS office)
- Having experience in a coal mining company is preferred
- Domicile in East Kalimantan is preferred
- Willing to be positioned in Paser Mine Site in East Kalimantan
Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly and annual tax compliance in timely, accurate and proper manner
- Doing tax verification (WHT& VAT) based on daily transaction document
- Provide monthly reconciliation for VAT, all WHT tax
- Ensuring timely&correctness of Tax Invoice submission from vendors
- Prepare WHT tax slip (bukti potong) for all vendors
- ldentify and mitigate task risks on daily transactions
- Provide consultation on taxes to all departments in the company as an effort to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations
- Liaise with external auditor to providing data and documents related to tax
- Prepare and assist data for tax audit and other litigation
