Safety Coordinator
Balikpapan
The Safety Coordinator position is to support technical and functional responsibilities related to health, safety and environment as of company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
To ensure HSE Management System is compliance with HSE policy, Guidelines, applicable standards and instructions.
Manage Company process audit and certification either from internal and external parties for all sites.
Manage emergency response team and emergency action.
Facilitate and maintain employees get the appropriate training with their job as well as strengthening of HSE cultural behavior of employees in the workplace.
Actively identify potential hazards in workplace area and giving advice to relevant Department for further quality improvement
Inspect company facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative actions where indicated and follow up to ensure actions have been complied with
To provide accurate and timely reports for all investigations, site inductions, monthly statistics, and ensure trends are monitored and information is available as required
Competencies
Good understanding about Safety Management System (ISO 45001, ISO14001, SMKP and SMK3).
Able to perform audit SMKP & Incident Investigation.
Full professional or bilingual proficiency in English
Ability to manage a team, ease to communicate in verbal and written
