PT Petrosea Tbk. is looking for potential candidates to join our Supply Chain Management Team (SCM) at Petrosea Balikpapan. Jakarta.or site. Focus to support Petrosea operation in various site and business line, currently SCM Management looking professional to fill position as:
Training Specialist
Balikpapan & Site Based
Responsibilities
- Develop, conduct, and monitor the implementation of training for AMG Operation personnel in line with trades competencies/ skills set to perform work and give technical advice in safety and technical aspect.
Requirements
- Min. graduated of Vocational School (SMK) from technical automotive, electrical/electronic or heavy equipment maintenance.
- Preferably holding Cert. 1I of Mechanical/Auto-electrical Trades or complete OEM Product Training Programs with strong backgrounds in heavy equipment and earth-moving processes.
- Preferably with 5 (five) years experienced in mobile/fixes plants maintenance- including work in supervisory/training roles.
- Acceptable communication/presentation skills with computer literacy.
- Willing to perform coaching/mentoring in giving advices required by client in AMG operation.
- Willing to travel to all company's project site and to work
- extended hours to meet own position objectives as well as to fill in relief roles.
SHE & Quality Training Specialist
Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
Responsibilities
- Develop, conduct, review all Environment and Quality Training Modules and implementation; to ensure Environment & Quality knowledge and work practices of people PTP comply with company's SHE polides, government regulation, and other requirements.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma degree in any major/discipline.
- Minimal 3 Years have experiences as a trainer Environment/Quality-Field industry (mining, asset, civil-construction, 0&G).
- Minimal 3 Years have experiences in Environment or Quality of industry mining, asset, civil-construction, O&G-will preferable
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment-TAE40116 or Trainer/Instructure Level V BNSP
- Certificate AK3 Umum, Certificate POP/POM, Certificate AMDALA
- Good knowledge of Environment aspect AMDAL or UKL/UPL Environment Accident prevention& investigation, Environment procedures, Environment Audit process, etc.
- Good knowledge and implementation of quality standard, ISO Standard, Government standard related Occupational environmental.
- Good computer skill (Microsoft Office).
- Good Leadership and having assessment skill.
- Good communication in English both verbal and writing.
- Wiling to travel to all company's site and willing to work flexible/extended hours to meet the company objectives.
DRAFTER
Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
Responsibilities
- Prepare complex drawings from calculations and designs produced by Engineers. Provide safe, reliable, and effective production in machining/fabrication and liaise with Fabrication Engineer for any possible improvements/solutions.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma Degree in Engineering Major
- Proven work experience as Drafter or similar role, with a minimum 3 years in Drafting and Fabrication.
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software. Familiar with Autodesk - Product Design & Manufacturing (PDMC) would be advantage
- Capability to designing and drawing for both mechanical and civil engineering
- Understanding of fabrication requirements and production targets.
- Ability to review samples, drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output.
- Qualifications and supporting certificates in field of trade/ required duties.
- Basic understanding in English.
