• Min Bachelor Degree of Psychology
• Familiar wth psychological selection tools and have good interviewing skill
• 2 years of working experiences as recruiter would be benefical
• good communication and interpersonal skill

• Responsible to conduct recruitment process with the methods/tools has been detyermined to ensure hired employee own the quality & compettency in accordance with the position they the- occupy
