We are pleased to inform that we are hiring for:.

OPERATION CONTROL OFFICER

Responsible to organize and scheduling vessel activity inbound/outbound, accommodate and follow up client request, maintain data is up to date on system, receive and dispatch information via email, radio or by phone and deliver to relevant parties, maintain communicates with supervisors, foreman, jetty master, vessel captains related operation matter, close monitoring for all operations and personnel in emergency situations and responds as per procedure to any such situation
 
Qualifications:
·        Minimum Diploma degree in Logistic Transportation / Marine Transportation / related to the business scope, with experience 1-3 years in Oil & Gas Company (preferably Male)
·        Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations.
·        Willing to work extend hours to meet the target
·        Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
·        Ability to manage and maintain data and task analysis
·        Knowledge of best practices in project control and scheduling
·        Ability to evaluate program effectiveness
·        Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control mechanism
·        Good communication with Bahasa and English
·        Willing to work in Balikpapan, shift schedule
·        From candidate from outside Balikpapan, will be process as local hire (we do not provide any transportation and living allowance)
·        Contract Base
