Some of your duties will include:
• Manage and analyze number of routable stock component with balance ratio
• Monitor and maintain quality of routable stock component & direct charge item
• Cataloguing, propose additional new, propose write off and do audit routable stock components
• Analyze component routable stock low hour failure issue and conclude the root cause
What skills and experience do you need?
• To be successful in this role you will need to have an Diploma/Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 year experiences at similar role;
• Experience in Plant External Repair & Warranty for Heavy Equipment is preferred;
• Good communication skill, interaction internal/external parties, diligent, team work, loyal, have capability working under pressure, independently and as a team, have strong commitment and willingness, analytical & problem solving process, dynamic and forward thinking in order to identify machine condition to prevent failures;
• The candidate should fluent in English both oral as well written and computer literacy.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – SUPERVISOR EXTERNAL/WARRANTY REPAIR – 925771

Some of your duties will include:
• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between OEM/ Vendor – BSF – Sites in relation to component rebuild and warranty claims;
• Ensure the accurate completion OEM/ Supplier work in progress reports are completed weekly highlighting any issues and update the WIP report regularly;
• Ensure all component failure must have FAR from OEM/ Supplier in one root cause of 4 categorized and work collaboration with TU and site to get all fact and data;
• Ensure all Component repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner;
• Involve in stripping down the component repair at OEM/ Supplier;
• Manage and follow up all warranty claims across all sites
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree in mechanical engineering/ industrial engineering or Thiess apprentice or extensive crane related experience; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervision External / Warranty Repair; have extensive mechanical trade experiences and plant external repair and warranty experiences; familiar with component cost repair and quote analysis;
• Good communication in English as well Bahasa; computer literate; high initiative and proactive, performance driven; able to communicate to all level (internal/external); able to work in under pressure.
SPECIALIST TRAINING - HSEQ – 925796

Some of your duties will include:
• To train & assess TCI employees within mining projects in all aspects of basic principles and systems/procedures of TCI’s safety regulation in order to achieve optimum safety best performance and maximum productivity with a high focus on safety and to ensure that TCI HSE training requirements are being conducted in accordance with the TMS.
• To develop Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) training package update;
• Conduct HSE assessment activities in accordance with TCI TMS and relevant Australian competency standards;
• Ensure all attained competencies are recorded in both hard and soft copy
• Assist in the design of assessment material which is relevant to used competency standards.
• Conduct tests and examinations for site HSE training personnel.
• Provide report and feedback of training activities to site supervision and training supervisors in order to keep the alignment systems between training & development and sites.
• Provide accurate report based on training report participant’s data to T&D Admin training in order to assist in database improvement.
• Provide result of HSE training to Site training Co-ordinator and TCI Training & Development Supervisors.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Diploma in formal Health Safety and Environmental education will be an advantage with minimum of 3 years’ experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a HSE trainer/safety officer/ member of rescue team; Certificate IV in Workplace Training, POP certification;
• You should ready travel to site, good communication skills (English & Bahasa); facilitation skills; presentation skills; have self-confident, familiar with work in under pressure and computer literacy.
SUPERVISOR MECHANIC - COMMISSIONING – 925777

Some of your duties will include:
• Prepare equipments that need some works before commission the equipment
• Strip/Repair/Demob and maintenance core groups
• Planning and coordinating an effective maintenance and repair of equipment to achieve department goal
• Providing technical assistance and advice where required in order to achieve quality maintenance
• Maintaining cost effective by reducing the down time and rework
• Encouraging subordinates to develop procedures and processes that enhances job performance and productivity
What skills and experience do you need?
• Senior Technical School or Tertiary degree in Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with good theoretical knowledge on CAT product and excavator, good knowledge in CAT, LIE, KOM for OHT, Loaders, Wheel Dozers, Graders, Anciliary Equipment
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in equipment maintenance work at a mine site
• Subcontractors and employee supervision experience
SENIOR SUPERVISOR MECHANIC – 925657

Some of your duties will include:
• To rebuild major components/engineering sub-assemblies listed in the TCI Component Rebuild Program to achieve the maximum reliability is achieved to a profesional standard (cost effective, meet timeline, reliability as per TCI Plant KPI)
What skills and experience do you need?
• Mechanical Engineering or recognised industry trade qualifications equivalent to 85 points under Australian National Metals & Engineering industry competency standards; 5 years previous experience in a similar role
SENIOR SUPERVISOR MECHANIC – 925723

Some of your duties will include:
• To plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to TMS Plant department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved
• Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSEQ outcomes and the business results
• Ensure proper stocking and storage / preservation of equipment in accordance with procedures and specs
• Check/inspect heavy equipment
• Perform visual inspection on installed equipment for any damage
• Ensure that identification of equipment in accordance with procedures
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree in Mechanic or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in a same role at a mine site
• Subcontractors and employee supervision experience.
