Sr. Maintenance Trainer

A. Overview
Prepare learning materials, create lesson plans, provide training, coaching and giving assessment to mechanics and electrician automotive on all aspects of project maintenance and repair of equipment in accordance with curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to produce personnel qualified mechanics according to predetermined competency standards to support Plant & Maintenance Department.
B. Qualification
• Male maximum age 45 years
• Has education level D3/S1 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant
• Has work experience min 3-5 years in the same field
• Has POP certificate and TOT certificate
• Having experience as maintenance supervisor is preferred
• Understand mining process and HSE procedures
• Knowing technical product (ex. Hitachi Exc.3600/ 1200/ 2600; Kom.PC400/ 1250/2000; Liebherr R9100/ R9350; DT HD465/ 785/ 1500/ 730E/ CAT777/ ADT HM400/ A40F; Dozer 375/ D155)
• Knowing presentation techniques
• Understand failure analyst/ troubleshooting

Comben Officer

A. Overview
Performing the company’s payroll includes updating employee data , worker medical process , reimbursement , control of invoice labor supply and grievance reporting , payroll expense report and attendance report and number of manpower in order to support timely payroll service in project in accordance with company policy and constitution .
B. Requirements:
• Male / female maximum age 35 years
• Minimum education level D3/S1 Accounting/Tax/Management/Economics
• Has work experience in the same field at least 1 year for S1 graduate and minimum 2 years for D3 graduate
• Having experience as a comben / payroll is preferred
• Familiar with JDE oracle aplication
• Know the HR-IR Regulations, Labor Law, Taxation Law
• Understand the mining process and HSE procedures
• Able to work under pressure

Short Term Planning Engineer

A. Job Description
• Prepare short term mine plan
• Prepare periodic reports and production reconciliation as required
• Make a mine design, mine update and mine rehabilitation plan.
B. Requirements:
• Male maximum age 35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Short Term Engineer
• Capability to operating Minescape software
• Knowing handling of land rehabilitation projects
• Previous management and supervisory experience in a production coal mine
• Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
• Good communication skills, actively contribute to positive teamwork

Industrial Relations Specialist

A. Overview
Coordinate all industrial relations management activities and update personnel data through effective coordination with related parties to support the completeness and accuracy of personal data in order to maintain work stability and harmonious working relationships in projects based on budget constraints and HSE standards.

• Has work experience min 2 years in the same field
