Tax Accountant – Based in Jakarta
As a Tax Accountant you will be responsible provide advice to Management on the tax exposure related to business activities and the strategy to be applied to ensure most effective tax management within location and ensuring total compliance, being in assistance with production of timely and accurate documentation to comply with tax authorities requirements, liaising with specialist agencies and providers for tax guidance when and as required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Prepare tax returns ensuring accuracy and estimating tax payments and assisting in compliance issues that arise as a result of inconsistencies and or incorrect transaction data
• Liaise with internal departments and tax function internally and externally as and when required to ensure all aspects of tax reporting and compliance are continuously reviewed in compliance with company policies and procedures within tax legislation
• Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to company’s reputation is diminished
• Facilitate tax payments process liaising with relevant parties to ensure total accuracy and timely processing

Buyer – Based in Jakarta
To ensure that the Buying, Purchasing and Procurement process is managed in accordance with Expro Group policy and procedures, in compliance with relevant local legislation jurisdictions

Logistics Coordinator – (Based in Balikpapan)
As a Logistics Coordinator you shall be an integral part of a team so that related aspects of base and operational activities are executed in a way that complies to Expro core values. You will perform relevant duties for local/international logistics and procurement duties utilising SAP.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Ensuring all tasks are carried out in keeping with current procedures, conformance and best practices
• Prepare and gather documentation for the documentation for logistic database
• Main focal point for Balikpapan base for all import/export, liaise with shipping agents to ensure documentation is correct
• Main focal point for all client Expro equipment loads out while maintaining accurate records which are in keeping with pre load out checks, and certification documentation

To be success in above positions: 
• You must have an extensive 5+ years of experiences as tax consultant for leading tax consultant firms (Tax Accountant)
• You must have an extensive 4+ years of experiences in procurement with some understanding of technical matters, legal terms and conditions, commercial (Buyer)
• You must have an extensive 5+ years of experiences in logistic environment
• Have either a degree/relevant degree in Accounting/Computer
• Understanding of Indonesian Taxation Law, and holder of tax certificate is preferred (Tax Accountant)
• Able to prepare SPT PPh Badan and SPT PPh 21 (Tax Accountant)
• Experiences in engineering terminology, supplier evaluation, negotiation and working as logistic personnel within a busy logistic environment 
• Excellent command of both oral and written Bahasa and English
• Proficient in MRP/PERP, SAP or a similar Finance environment
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated with good analytical and reporting skills
