The PSCs are spread from the western part (Krueng Mane, Aceh) to the eastern part (Arguni I, Papua Barat), and also from north border (Ambalat, northern Kalimantan) down to the south border (West Timor, Offshore Timor Sea, Nusa Tenggara Timur). We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

Work Safety Specialist (HSE-01)
Purpose:
• To follow HSE project philosophy to correctly implement engineering criteria. 
• To execute technical safety analysis in support to project development. 
• To review and approve the specification, design and analyses performed by contractor, related to onshore/offshore production facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and safety best practices. 
• Ensure and demonstrate that all facility design, and/or activities performed are safe
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree Engineering background or equivalent
Required Experience, Required knowledge, technical or professional skills:
• Professional Role general knowledge
- Technical Safety Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Project Engineering
- Plant Design
- Process Engineering
• Knowledge from other Prof. Areas
- HSE Principles and Systems
- Production operations
Language: Fluent in English
Experience
• 3-7 years’ experience in HSE (preferably in Oil & Gas Industry) Management System
Training and Certification:
• Asset Integrity Management System
• Oil & Gas surface Production facilities course. 
• Project Engineering Overview in Oil & Gas Industry
• Introduction to Construction Management
• HSE Management in Eni upstream operations
• Petroleum Engineering
• Production Optimization Technologies
• Hazard Identification course
• Hydrocarbon Lifecycle
• Energy Efficiency
• Functional safety and Safety Integrity Levels (SIL) 
• Trained/experienced in one or more of the main process simulation packages used in the industry
• Experience in CMMS implementation and Reliability Centered Maintenance implementation
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Technical integrity and overall quality of the activities carried out. 
• Capturing and dissemination of technical safety knowledge. 
• Milestones achieving, in alignment with time and cost budget.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) 
• Comply with rules and standards described in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures
• Report all incidents
• Motivate staff and colleagues to comply with HSE rules and standards
• Participate in HSE related initiative

HSE Management Specialist (HSE-02)
Purpose:
To provide support for data management Issues and also on the MSAR, ensure compliance with regulation, company requirements and policies and industry practices
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree Engineering background or equivalent
Required Experience, Required knowledge, technical or professional skills:
- HSE Management System, HSE Audit, Safety Prevention & Protection, and Regulation Requirement
- Analytical Skill, Problem Solving, Team Work, Communication
Language: Fluent in English
Experience:
• 3-7 years’ experience in HSE (preferably in Oil & Gas Industry) Management System
Training and Certification:

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Provide support in development of Company HSES 4 Year plan on MSAR Aspect 
• Provide support in development of HSES Annual Plan and Budget on MSAR Aspect 
• Provide support to ensure the Development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE Plan on MSAR Aspect 
• Prepare report on HSE periodically to SEQS (SICUR, AMTE, SGIAQ, and HSE Reporting) in Milan 
• Coordinate to maintain the record of Liaison with Authorities including the company commitment 
• Provide support to ensure HSE compliance (on data management) to regulations and company requirements and policies 
• Coordinate and perform HSE audit/assessment to measure the HSE Performance 
• Provide support and advise to project/operation/exploration/drilling team on data management aspect specifically, and management system aspect generally. 
• Coordinate the implementation of OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Management System 
• Participate in investigation of non-conformances/incident 
• Participate in Emergency Management Team
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) 
• Comply with rules and standards described in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures
• Report all incidents
• Motivate staff and colleagues to comply with HSE rules and standards
• Participate in HSE related initiative

SIMOPS HSE Engineer (HSE-03)
Purpose: 
• To follow HSE project philosophy to correctly implement engineering criteria, especially on offshore project. 
• To execute technical safety analysis in support to project development. 
• To review and approve the specification, design and analyses performed by contractor, related to onshore/offshore production facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and safety best practices. 
• Ensure and demonstrate that all facility design, and/or activities performed are safe 
• To assist managing SIMOPS activities during offshore campaign
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:Engineering background or equivalent
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety engineering design, offshore construction/installation campaign, and start-up for oil and gas facilities 
• Experience managing SIMOPS for offshore project
Language 
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
