Job Title: Startup Engineer - NHT,CCR, ISOM
Balikpapan, 12 months
To effectively manage and provide technical direction to their Commissioning Engineering team or teams to assure the design integrity of a specific project or projects including team performance within stated budget and schedule constraints.
Overseeing the commissioning activities in the interior in a safe manner, within budget, on time and in accordance with the applicable Company Procedures and Technical Specifications
-Expertise in CCR Platforming, Naphtha Hydrotreating, Isomerization Unit
-Willing to work in Balikpapan with no rotation
-Degree in an engineering discipline (B.Sc)
-Minimum of 10 years on site commissioning experience (Oil and Gas )
-Fluency in spoken and written English
-Must have sound basic skills in all branches of commissioning management.
-Good knowledge of on-site HSE Management.
-Familiar with design and engineering standards. Read and understand drawings (PEFS).
-Having minimum 5 years experiences in refinery / petrochemical projects
