Supervisor 2 
Indonesia - Balikpapan 
 
Overall Purpose of the Job: 
To supervise team to complete the running of equipment on and offshore ensuring successful safe operations in accordance with Company procedures and thereby ensuring a quality service to client. 

Key Activities and Accountabilities: 
1. Supervise operations and allocate tasks to team ensuring safe completion of the operational task with prevention of technical issues in line with the Operating manual. 2. Ensure checks are carried out on all equipment for their compliance and are technically correct for the operation being carried out. 
3. Carry out and ensure participation from team in tool box talks and planning meetings when required. 
4. May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation, return of equipment and report preparation. 
5. Ensure that site support requirements are planned and executed as required to facilitate continuous operations. 
6. Liaise with clients representatives and participate in meetings and discussions as required in a professional manner ensuring continuous quality of service to client. 
7. Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes and specific client’s requirements. 
8. Work with colleagues and Supervisor to complete required competencies for current and next role. 
9. Actively mentor subordinates to share knowledge to assist with their competency progression when required. 
10. Liaise with the team members and operations department as and when required to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed as required with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication to allow continued safe operations and task completion. Job Knowledge and

Qualifications:
1. Technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade
2. Formal technical qualification
3. 9+ years related technical experience preferable
4. Team leader / supervisory experience
 

Operations Coordinator 
Indonesia - Balikpapan 

Overall Purpose of the Job: 
To assist with the smooth and efficient running of all operations for product line in area of responsibility. 
Responsible for coordinating the manpower and technical requirements e.g. the movement of equipment, materials and personnel to ensure actioned in line with clients’ requirements. 

Key Activities and Accountabilities: 
1. Liaise with clients to determine personnel and equipment requirements and arrange for their mobilisation in line with operational and client deadlines 
2. Advise client on operational and equipment limitations or problems and offer alternative solutions wherever practical 
3. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in compliance with certification requirements, so it is fit for purpose 
4. Undertake the planning of manpower requirements to ensure availability of resources for the project in line with operational requirements. May be involved in recruitment of staff or contract personnel as necessary. 
5. Monitor costs of equipment, manpower and associated items to ensure project/task costs are contained within approved budget and highlight any issues in a timely manner to Management 
6. Ensure all costs and required information is collated for the invoicing process to ensure their accurate completion in a timely manner 
7. May coordinate the engagement and use of third party services and equipment within assigned location. 
8. Ensure completion of required documentation and accuracy of data for company procedures, processes and specific client’s reporting requirements is undertaken 
9. Undertake the supervision of direct reports where applicable 
10. May be required to undertake an on call rota to facilitate 24 hour coverage on operations performance/technical status to customer, team in the field and internal management 
11. Liaise with client, operational team, supervision and internal departments as and when required to ensure all aspects of the operations are discussed with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication to allow continued safe operations and task completion within deadlines 

Job Knowledge and Qualifications: 
1. Formal technical qualification 
2. 5+ years technical experience preferable within product line including wellsite/field experience
