Description:
Job Summary
- Support the implementation of training packages into the BL division to ensure effective and standard training implementation that conforms with training needs analysis and allocated budget.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 1 years experiences in training field.
- Experienced in organizing imparting events and preparation of quality mgmt. system documents.
- Acceptable knowledge for various types and models of mining/earth work machines.
- High level of quality awareness for legal and administrative controls of workplace health/ safety risks.
- Willing to travel to all company’s project sites
- Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
