Didirikan pada tahun 1982 sebagai perusahaan yang berspesialisasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya, KIDECO mengoperasikan Tambang Pasir yang merupakan tambang tunggal terbesar ketiga di Indonesia.

Setelah hampir 10 tahun persiapan termasuk penyelidikan tambang dan uji validitas dari awal 1980-an hingga awal 1990-an, KIDECO membuka Tambang Pasir.

MANAGER ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT (OD)

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or other relevant background

• Minimum 10 years of experiences handling OD and HC Corporate Strategy

• Demonstrate good knowledge of Change Management, File Management, Financial Management, Audit & Safety Awareness

• Experiences with Job Analysis, Competency Model, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement & HC Policy & Management System

• Holds Human Capital Certification

• Willing to be placed in our mine-site Paser, East Kalimantan, with roster 5 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accommodated to POH)


Responsibilities:

• Managing implementation of the organizational development strategy including policy management and Human Capital management system (HC Policy & Management System) organizational structure design

• Perform job analysis (job analysis) to identify job descriptions

• Identify the competency requirements needed for each position and identify and manage initiatives to increase employee engagement with the company (employee engagement) in order to strengthen organizational readiness to face future business challenges

SENIOR MANAGER HC OPERATION
Responsibilities:

• Manage Human Capital Operation activities for Mine Site and working collaboration with Human Capital Team in Jakarta Head Office

• Lead HC Operation in Mine Site (Remuneration and Compensation Benefits, Health Services, Payroll, Training, HRIS, Formalities, HR Admin)

• Lead Technical Development (Technical Competency, Technical Training, Technical Assessment & Certification, Re/Commissioning

• Provide authoritative specialist advice in human capital aspect to the Business Leadership Team

• Manage administrative activities or staff functions to ensure efficient operation of the organization's buildings, and nonproductive Facilities


Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Management/ Law/Human Resources or related background

• Having minimum 15 years of working experiences as Leader in related field is required

• Strong analytical and leadership skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Detail oriented & able to multitasking

• Having good knowledge on Labour Law (UUCK)

• Required skill(s): Change Management, Competency Based HR Management, Remuneration & Compensation Benefit strategy, External Relation, Health Services Management, HRIS
